The Ballard House mission is to provide temporary housing in our community with a warm, safe environment for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for a serious medical condition.
They extend their reach and impact by leveraging their cumulative years of experience and strong relationships within the community as well as the medical and support personnel of current and future medical service providers. The Ballard House continually works to improve and expand their core programs, while also developing plans to meet the future needs of the constantly changing medical community.
They don’t do it alone. The Ballard House relies on Friends of Cinco Charities as well as friends within the National Association of Hospital Hospitality Housing to identify needs and best practices and carry out the mission on the ground. They rely on their strong relationships with the medical community to provide access to health care. They Ballard House relies on strategic alliances with organizations that have the knowledge and infrastructure to extend their reach. The Ballard House relies on you – their donors, volunteers, staff and friends.
